I wanted to take the time to share with you a simple loss plan that can help you shed the pounds as soon as you finish reading it. The problem with this industry is that there is so much misinformation out there. Most people want to achieve success with it, but when you don't have the basic knowledge to use and apply in your life, the chances of you actually being successful is slim. I've learned a lot from my first real success at dropping pounds and the most important thing I learned is that it isn't as hard as most people assume. I'm going to show you my simple loss plan that will work for you.

The first step is to put the necessary effort into your diet. Effort means an investment in time and planning. Most people just assume that they should starve themselves, which is probably the most stupid thing you could do. You have to focus on what you eat to maximize your metabolism and health, while still having calories in check. That's why I suggest to people  to start eating small meals more often. This simple task can help you increase your metabolism without actually having to exercise.

The next part of the simple loss plan is the ability of knowing you have a day off. It seems counter productive, but from a psychological point of view it is important. If you're on a rigid diet, the chances of you getting emotionally drained and cheating is high. If you know you have a day off and can cheat, you're more likely to stay on track. There is also the bonus that you won't really cheat that much anyway.
