Remember that even women should weight train as long as you are lifting lighter weights you will still maintain a feminine appearance and will not get bulky.

Do not however spend too much time in the gym as this is not always effective. Each weight training session actually breaks down muscle tissue so you need to give yourself plenty of rest in order to recover from each workout. Over training is a common problem so you need to do whatever you can in order to avoid this and get the best results possible.
