There is no doubt that exercise is a critical component of the lifestyle of those that are truly fit and healthy. However there are many opinions on how to go about the process of exercising and which exercises are the best. I believe that any exercise is better than no exercise, even if all you can do is a 15 minute walk on a treadmill or outside if the weather permits.
