Are Herbal Extracts Worth Consuming?

What are these things called herbal extracts and are they worth taking? Herbal extracts are a combination of foods that are mixed in water or other liquids such as neutral alcohol to be consumed.  Usually herbal extracts come in a combination of vinegar and neutral alcohol as these substances dissolve the herbs completely.

They are considered as natural medicines and are recommended to be consumed very moderately.  Most adults intestines, large and small intestines contain a coating of debris from indigested food particles. This coating acts a barrier to the absorption of important nutrients to the body.  Herbal extracts are great in helping to dissolve this barrier and thus clear the pathway for nutrients to be absorbed into the body.

The fenugreek herbal extract which is found in many parts of southern Europe has many benefits.
